These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pourano website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Pourano products are consumer kitchen appliances, not medical devices, and no health claims are made about them. Always follow the instructions in the included manual. Never operate the device with the water chamber empty, keep it away from children, and do not attempt to open the battery housing. Brew outcomes and battery life vary with grind, dose, water temperature and use.
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.
Shipping timelines and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are described on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms.
Pourano Nomad carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the pump, heating element, battery and body. The basket gasket is covered for the first 12 months. Warranty claims are handled by email at support@urangit.com and require your order number.
You agree not to misuse our site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by Pourano or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pourano is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pourano is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
